Small and medium businesses are being asked to make decisions about AI without the specialist teams, budgets or time that large enterprises have. The result is usually one of two extremes: doing nothing, or buying tools that never change anything.
We work in the space between. We look at how a business actually operates — how it finds customers, sells, serves, reports and decides — and identify where AI can remove friction or create capacity. Then we help implement it and teach the team to run it.
